Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup feijoa pulp
  • 175g spread or canola oil
  • 1 cup unsweetened yogurt
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tsp ground ginger

Method

Place all ingredients in a food processor.

Blend on high until smooth. Pour mixture into a greased cake tin.

Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.

Leave cake in tin for 10 minutes before removing.
