- 80mls oil
- 440mls water
- 135g maize corn flour
- 75g soya flour
- 420g rice flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp xanthan gum or guar gum
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp active dry yeast*
Heat water for 30 seconds in the microwave. Pour into bread maker tin, along with flour, vegetable gum, salt, eggs and oil. Make a well in the center of the flour, and add yeast.
Cook in bread maker on rapid cycle.
*Dry yeast does not contain gluten
