- 1/3 C maize corn flour
- 2/3 C rice flour
- 2/3 C soya flour
- 1 C potato flour
- 2 tsp gluten-free baking powder
- 1 Tbsp oil
Combine all flour and baking powder, and mix thoroughly. Mix through oil. Add water slowly and mix, until flour begins to form a dough. Spread dough on a greased pan or pizza stone.
Top with your favorite toppings. Cook for 30 minutes at 200°C, or until base has browned.
