Ingredients

  • 350ml warm water
  • 1 tbsp gluten flour
  • 2 tsp onion stock/powder
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 5 cups wholemeal flour
  • 4 tsp bread maker yeast

Method

Heat water for 30 seconds in the microwave. Pour into bread maker tin, along with flour, gluten flour, salt, sugar and oil. Make a well in the center of the flour, and add yeast.

Cook in bread maker on standard large loaf setting.
