• 2 apples, grated
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • black pepper
  • salt


Stir fry the grated apple in a pan along with the olive oil until the liquid evaporates. Add the mustard seeds, chili powder, pepper, sugar and pinch of salt.

This chutney will keep for up to a week if refrigerated.
