Ingredients

  • 420ml warm water
  • 1 tbsp gluten flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 5 cups wholemeal flour
  • 4 tsp bread maker yeast

Method

Heat water for 30 seconds in the microwave, it should be warm enough to place your finger in without discomfort. Pour into bread maker tin, along with flour, gluten flour, salt, sugar and oil. Make a well in the center of the flour, and add yeast.

Cook in bread maker on standard large loaf setting.
