• Chilli con carne mixture
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 c cheese
  • 25g butter, melted
  • 3/4 c milk
  • 1 egg


Mix the flour and baking powder together in a bowl. Add the grated cheese and stir. Add the butter, milk, and egg and mix together until smooth.

Spoon your precooked chilli con carne mixture into a baking dish until the dish is 3/4's full. Spread the pancake batter on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees celsius or until golden.
